The smooth sidewalls, due to the small grain structure of the material, are also a benefit of the PHD stainless steel used by BEST. This material costs more but it results in a more problem-free print. All of the SMT stecnils fabricated by BEST are cut on modern fiber lasers which, due to their small beam diameter, cut smooth side walls thereby resulting in the best possible apertures. Finally, our designers have the experience of thousands of SMT stencils in order to get you the best possible solder paste volumes.
